Helpful questions to get the process started:

• Do you need a tent for your event? (Probably, its New England, we can’t count on good weather)

• How many guests are you expecting?

• Whats going to happen at this party?

  • Are guests going to be seated for dinner or is this more mingling? You may want a mix of both seating tables and high-top cocktail tables.

  • Having a dance floor, a bar, a buffet line, or a DJ? We will need to account for these things when considering the size of the tent.

• Add ons and details.

  • Is the party in the evening / night? Lets add lighting

  • Do you need linens for the tables?

  • Side walls on the tent for rain / privacy?
